Barbell shrugs

	Barbell shrugs - Shrugs of any type stress the trapezium muscles of the back. Aim to hold your arms as straight as possible
	What you need for barbell shrugs : A barbell A weight-lifting belt

how to do it

Grasp a moderately weighted barbell at shoulder width. Stand tall and allow your arms to hang loosely by your sides

Tighten your shoulders and neck and begin to raise your shoulders towards your ears

Pause and squeeze the base of your neck tightly. Hold for a count of two

Slowly lower. Pause briefly and repeat for the desired number of repetitions
